2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Elites Tours Sri Lanka.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is required before the commencement of services.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Elites Tours Sri Lanka is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing documentation.

5. Health and Safety

• Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during tours.
• We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance.
• Travelers with medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking.

6. Liability

Elites Tours Sri Lanka acts as an agent for various service providers and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these providers. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

7. Force Majeure

Elites Tours Sri Lanka is not responsible for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government regulations.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use information only as necessary to provide our services and improve your experience.

9. Modifications

Elites Tours Sri Lanka reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
